“Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,

the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting over and over announcing your place
in the family of things."

Wild Geese by Mary Oliver

Welcome To Wildgeesefly

It is our passion and life energy to share, facilitate, prompt and nurture this journey of discovery that is already waiting for you and to bring healing to the parts of you that are stuck, disconnected, frightened, forgotten or silenced. We are Psychologists that share a similar vision of transformation and healing which has taken us on a journey that we hope to share with you. Much like the wild geese on their migratory quest we see this as a sacred journey in that any step taken in the direction of self healing, no matter how seemingly small, ripples into the life and lives that surround us. As Somatic Experiencing Practitioners we bring to our work, ways to rekindle our awareness of our body's wisdom.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing (TM) is a method designed by Dr Peter Levine in the healing of Trauma. Trauma in our organisms may occur in an obvious way as a result of a particular event, but what is frequently overlooked is that it can also manifest through an accumulation of stressors of all kinds over time.

equine therapy

Equine Facilitated Psychotheapy

Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy is a form of Psychotherapy that includes horses as co-facilitators in the therapeutic process.  Our orientation in working in this modality is informed by the principles of Somatic Experiencing.  Somatic Experiencing is a body-based modality developed by Dr Peter Levine which highlights the central role of body-awareness and the nervous system in the psychotherapeutic process.

brainspotting

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a simultaneous form of diagnosis and treatment, enhanced with Biolateral sound, which is deep, direct, and powerful yet focused and containing.
